General info.

  • The topsides and exterior are all in good cosmetic condition.
  • The interior is well laid out and will suit a cruising couple with occasional guests or a family with children. She is comfortable and ideal for spending time aboard if cruising further afield.
  • She had a major refit by Priors in 2019. Windows were replaced, cabinet work done and she was stripped out and fully resprayed internally.
  • Since the current owners have had her she has been maintained professionally and it shows!

Hull, deck & superstructure

  • GRP constructed motor sailor with heavy layup.
  • Traditional full keel with skeg mounted rudder.
  • White gelcoat topsides with planked hull protection port and starboard.
  • Raised Teak topped gunwales and flared bow minimises water onto the decks.
  • All walkways and coachroof finished in "Treadmaster" panels.
  • GRP and timber wheelhouse with glazed windows.
  • Self bailing Cockpit with "Treadmaster" covered GRP
    panels allowing engine access.

Main cabin

  • The main saloon is bright and welcoming and accessed via saloon style doors from the cockpit.
  • To port is an L-shaped settee/berth with offset saloon table with double fold-out leaves. This can double as a chart area and there is a chart reading light handily placed to facilitate this.
  • Opposite is a further settee/berth.
  • Behind and below each saloon settee is plentiful storage along with hull mounted cupboards.
  • Excellent light from the numerous port lights situated around the coachroof.

Galley

  • Immediately to port is the U shaped galley.
  • Stainless steel sink with pressurised hot and cold water via a mixer tap. Work surface to the side.
  • The mixer tap and water pump were renewed 2023.
  • Aqua Marine Neptune 4500 stainless steel, gimballed gas cooker with 2-burners,grill and oven. New 2022.
  • New cooker installation with gimbals and new gas system 2022.
  • Vitrifrigo domestic style, 12V front loading fridge. 
  • Lots of space for provisions, crockery and utensils.

Heads

  • Opposite the Galley is the heads compartment.
  • Jabsco manual marine toilet fitted with holding tank and selector valve.
  • Jabsco toilet serviced and new pump fitted 2022.
  • Moulded sink unit with pressurised hot and cold water via a extending faucet which is also the shower head.
  • Shower sump with pump out.
  • Storage cupboards for toiletries and cleaning products.

Forecabin

  • In the bow is a double berth cabin with the berth offset to port.
  • Dressing seat to starboard with drawer storage.
  • Hanging locker to port.

  • Accessed via the cockpit aft.
  • Single berths port and starboard with storage below the berths.

  • Stainless steel bow protection with anchor mounted in hawse hole ready for deployment.
  • Stainless steel stem head fitting with roller for an additional anchor.
  • Nice wide side decks allow safe and unhindered access forward.
  • Continuous tubular stainless steel railing surrounds the decks with aft access gates.

Deck equipment

  • Lewmar stainless steel electric anchor windlass with wired remote on deck and control at the internal helm.

Rig, rigging & sails

  • Ketch rigged with in-mast furling mainsail, conventional slab reefing mizzen sail and roller reefing headsail.
  • Selden silver anodised main mast and boom, new in 2012.
  • Harken roller furling headsail system with genoa sheet tracks mounted to gunwales aft.
  • Mizzen mast with slab reefing boom. Cap shrouds and backstay replaced July 2022.
  • Rigs, standing rigging and running rigging inspected and serviced in May 2023 by Crhu rigging services.
  • The mainsail is easily controlled from the helm with all lines led aft via a series of pulleys and deck organisers.
  • Spinnaker pole with track and stowed on the front of the mast.
  • Over 2022 and 2023 lots of service work was carried out to the rigs and rigging, totaling approx. £5,000.
